ASTON Cirebon Hotel and Convention Center

The staff! Their hospitality and warmth was outstanding and as it was my third time there I felt like family. I have to give special mention to Natasha and Evi who greeted us at breakfast but there were others whose names I did not note. Sorry. The restaurant and menu was excellent. Service was great as was the atmosphere. The gym facilities were fine as was the pool and basketball court. But above all the excellence of the staff made it for me. Even those who made up my room! Outstanding! I look forward to returning.

The culture of hospitality was excellent. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, professional and thoughtful. I especially have to mention Devi and Deli at reception who went out of their way to fix problems and make sure everything was Ok. Also Dian for following up on internet problems so quickly. My thanks to you all for making my stay in your hotel so memorable. The breakfast buffet was super good. I might recommend that instead of 4 ultra sweet breakfast cereals you might add just instand oats. It is far healthier and very cheap. The hotel grounds had everything. Well maintained swimming pools, horse rides for kids and archery. The atmosphere at night was lovely and again, it was the staff that made it so. I used the gym every day and it had everything one might need. I have stayed in many good hotels around the world but the culture of hospitality in this hotel was something special. We look forward to returning in March.

Beautiful setting and pools area, with a mini-zoo and attractions for children. Indoor palm trees provided a nice setting for the restaurant and breakfast area. Rooms were large and comfortable and the toilet and shower fully functional, with lots of hot water. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Room is pretty nice, clean, good view, easy check in. It feels so spacious and that is really good
